Telephone triage.
Give patients telephone advice using nursing judgment within the scope of license.
Performance Requirements:
Supports staff at the site with EPIC and other job functions
Facilitates on-site training of new staff
Work requires physical hand dexterity and full range of motion for operation of computer. Work is performed in an office environment. Involves phone contact with a various array of patients, employees, and providers.
