- Oversee day-to-day operations of the continuing care quality assurance programs, and quality assessments while keeping the business on track for its long-term goals and mission
- Develop and implement a community-wide resident relations program to meet residents' needs and to ensure resident quality and service
- Implement approaches to identifying and retaining talented individuals for future growth who are focused on driving excellence through people and culture development
- Monitor community performance; review and analyze financial management reports, Key Performance Indicators, and workforce/executive dashboards
- Establish positive rapport with regulatory agencies; keep current on changes in federal, state, and local regulations; ensure compliance with all licensing agencies including overseeing license renewals .
- Develop and maintain partnerships with the community as well as with the Regional Home Office Team
- Responsible for the marketing, public relations, census development, and management of the Continuing Care Admissions process
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience at a healthcare management level
- Current valid State Nursing Home Administrator license
