We are currently seeking applications for the position of Clerk III (Quality Management) to join our team. As a Clerk III, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Quality Management, assist with various tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

Essential Job Functions:

- Provide administrative support to the QM Director with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with time management for Quality Management and Medical Transcription staff.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of Performance Plans and Evaluations.
- Maintain accurate logs, databases, and calendars related to the Quality Department.
- Conduct auditing assignments as required by the department.
- Manage department files and documentation.
- Facilitate training and assignments for student rotations.
- Participate in disaster response or COOP activation as needed.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

- Strong knowledge of office procedures and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle arithmetic computations and maintain detailed records.
- Skill in inventory management and file maintenance.
- Capacity to make independent judgments with limited information.
- Proactive approach to anticipating supervisor and department needs.
