    Your Role

    The Scope and Budget Team is responsible for building and approving the scope of work on our current portfolio and new acquisition homes. The Scope and Budget Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager or Director of the Scope and Budget team as well as oversight of several direct reports.

    What you will be doing

    Responsibilities/Key Objectives
    • Manage 3 to 4 direct reports.
    • Assist with new hire training and interviewing/onboarding.
    • Approve new hire scope reviews during training phases.
    • Assist with backfill during PTO and high-volume periods.
    • Monitor lease purchase queue and assign reviews.
    • Assist with general team inquiries and documentation from other teams/stakeholders.
    • Assist with deep dives into low resident satisfaction or missed scope projects.
    • Support with special projects and tech requests.


    *Applicants holding a real estate license will need to have their license assigned to one of the company's brokerages after 30 days of employment.

    • Leadership ability and ability to manage a small team.
    • Experience in process improvement, tech collaboration, and basic reporting.
    • Experience in project management, budgeting and scoping, vendor relations, and field operations.
