    06Manager's Job Description:
    $21/hr Temporary LOA Approximately 8 weeks may go longer.
    Must have proof of vaccination. Any changes may reflect guidance or instructions from the County of Ventura.
    Looking for someone with a customer service background. If they have worked in retail that is helpful. Detail oriented.
    Someone who is a good communicator verbally and in writing. Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office software. Tech savvy.
    They will spend most of their time taking and processing copy/print requests.
    They would also respond to requests for paper/toner delivery and maintaining convenience copiers throughout the campus.
    Normally not too much extensive walking, standing and lifting. All moderate depending on the services required for the job or customer request. Seating is available for employees.
    Walking is required when delivering toner and paper to Ricoh Copy machines located in departments on campus. Be able to lift and deliver a case of paper.
    The heaviest for one person to lift is a case of standard white paper. For heavier objects or projects, all employees should ask for assistance.
    Driving may be involved as The Oxnard College Center supports two off-campus locations.
    The Oxnard Fire Academy and the Oxnard Marine Center.
    Dress code is Collared shirt (collared polo acceptable), no jeans.
    Business casual. Comfortable shoes.
    The worksite address is 4000 S. Rose Ave., Oxnard, CA 93033 and currently, there is no charge for parking on campus
    Shift timing07:00 am to 4:00 pm (Mon to Fri)

    TempRoles & ResponsibilitiesAccountable for daily operations of solo-person site.

    Responsible for performing the contracted office services including, but not limited to:
    Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging and Mail services.

    Responsible for daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility includingoperating office equipment such as:
    PC, Copiers, Multifunction Devices, Imaging & MailEquipment


    May be responsible for:
    Courier Services, Reception Services, Switchboard Operations.
    Shipping & Receiving, Delivering and Processing of Mail.
    Handles formal contact with the customer, on a daily basis. Responsible for effective implementation and management of RICOH Service Excellenceprograms. Understands how to operate the required equipment/software efficiently to achieve service levelagreements. Achieves profitability in the area of cost of goods by effectively utilizing company materials andsupplies.

    May maintain daily routine functions to include creating/completing work orders, contractormonitoring, inspections, reporting facility related issues, lending support as required.

    May include interaction with contracted vendors, facility management and occupants. May be responsible for office-supply inventory re-ordering. May be responsible for Conference room coordination and A/V equipment resourcemanagement. Maintains positive internal working relationships with all department employees bycommunicating in a professional manner. Collects and provides data to assigned leadership and customer. May include completing.monthly reports to customers with support from assigned leadership. Ensures financial responsibilities are met. Performs other duties as assigned.


    Minimum QualificationsTypically Requires:
    High school or GED is required. 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical). Previous 1+ year Customer facing work experience required. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology. Tactical thought processing. Ability to present to a small group. Moderate Problem-Solving Skills. Basic Customer Service skills.
