    DEFINICIÓN DEL PUESTO

    Como Técnico de Control de Procesos de Planta (PPCT), brindarás soporte a sistemas de automatización y control de procesos, ofreciendo asistencia a operaciones, mantenimiento e ingenieros de automatización.

    Participarás en actividades de mantenimiento programadas y regulares con el apoyo de proveedores/contratistas y otras funciones de mantenimiento.

    Además, formarás parte de equipos de mejora e implementarás proyectos bajo la dirección de ingenieros de automatización de procesos u otros en operaciones.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Brindar soporte de resolución de problemas en sistemas de control de procesos y aplicaciones.
    • Participar en actividades de mantenimiento en sistemas de automatización con soporte de proveedores/contratistas.
    • Evaluar riesgos para garantizar operaciones seguras de la planta durante actividades de mantenimiento.
    • Asegurar que todos los cambios sigan un proceso de gestión del cambio y sean probados adecuadamente.
    • Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento de seguridad física y cibernética en sistemas de control.

    REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO

    • Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente; se prefiere un título técnico de dos años.
    • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en manufactura o campo relacionado.
    • Conocimientos de instrumentación e instalaciones eléctricas.
    • Experiencia en sistemas de control de procesos es necesaria.
    • Habilidades sobresalientes en resolución de problemas, hardware, software y redes de automatización.
    • Puesto no sindicalizado.
    • Capacidad física requerida.
    • Se ubicará en Yerkes-Buffalo, NY, con viajes mínimos.
