- Maintain cleanliness of the shop & outdoor areas
- Display efficient and friendly customer service throughout the pro shop, properly checking in for all tennis players prior to play.
- Respond to inquiries, lessons, and court reservations for Members and guests both in person and on the phone in a friendly manner.
- Perform inventory controls, checking-in merchandise in accordance with procedures, organization of storage and display areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of constantly stocked items.
- Follow-up on all special orders and make sure customers are updated on orders.
- Process invoices daily as needed; Exhibit proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain records of guests' accounts
- Completing a daily checklist
- Administers and enforces tennis policies and procedures.
- Ensure daily assignments are completed in their respective areas.
- Assist tennis professional staff in shop operations, merchandise sales, and other related activities.
- Assist Members and guests with changes and last-minute requests as needed.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be a team player and support the Racquets Professionals.
- Must always be professional.
- Must be well-spoken and effectively communicate with members.
- Must have integrity and an outstanding work ethic.
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience required.
- Basic racquets knowledge preferred.

- Environment: This position operates in a primarily outdoor environment with little time spent indoors. The outdoor climate is hot and humid, and dry at times.

Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate activities to others. The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
