    We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Rising Ground in Yonkers. As a key member of our Work Readiness program, you will provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual/developmental/mental health disabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Transport individuals to and from work sites or community activities in agency vehicles.
    • Review individualized Person-Centered Employment plans to develop vocational goals and objectives.
    • Create opportunities for positive learning experiences that promote daily living skills and active community engagement.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
    • Valid Driver's License, preferably from New York State.
    • Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is an asset, but not mandatory.

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

    Location:

    Rising Ground, Yonkers, NY.
