    Job DescriptionSummary:Quigley-Simpson has an opening for a Digital Media Supervisor. This highly motivated person will be innovation-driven, with an ability to drive full-funnel digital campaigns. This person will plan and own all aspects of campaigns, including strategy, performance, and client communication, and is expected to achieve/exceed goals and drive holistic client success. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record within digital brand campaigns, driving online brand lift across awareness/familiarity/favorability/purchase intent, as well as responsibility for digital campaigns that drive expected conversion goals.
    Core Accountabilities:
    • Work with the Group Media Director and the media planning team to develop strategies for all media buys (heavy digital focus)
    • Lead strategic and tactical planning activities, with oversight responsibilities; act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal/external partners
    • Work will be on performance-based and brand-awareness campaigns
    • Accountable for building, developing, implementing, and maintaining media plans that adhere to and deliver campaign objectives and strategies
    • Responsible for managing campaign setup that includes ad serving, tracking implementation, and trafficking
    • Proactively investigate media opportunities and craft well-supported articulate points of view
    • Review and evaluate proposals from media partners
    • Deliver in-flight campaign insights that deliver thoughtful and actionable direction for the client
    • Compile and update regular status reporting
    • Manage and be accountable for budgets with team; oversee reports and client billing
    • Manage the use of proprietary and syndicated tools
    • Engage with research partners to execute all measurement and learning plans
    • Set realistic client expectations and make every effort to exceed them with timely quality work
    • Ensure continual growth and training of junior team members (media planners); identify strengths and opportunities for team development
    • Keep a finger on the pulse of the ever-changing landscape of digital advertising, including new technology and evolving platforms
    Academic/Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree
    Required Skills/Experience:
    • 4+ years managing complex, digital, and multichannel media campaigns
    • 4+ years of advertising agency experience
    • In-depth understanding of performance media planning, buying, and tracking, as well as campaign setup and maintenance
    • Ability to develop verbal and written presentations, articulating media strategy, insights, and opportunities
    • Experience analyzing marketing metrics, making quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing test methodologies, and analyzing tests
    • Ability to negotiate with media partners
    • Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them
    • Experience managing large marketing budgets and ROI optimization
    • Understanding of website and digital advertising metrics
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience using metrics to gain insights to ultimately drive business decisions
    • Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to review digital marketing results on a daily basis and, based on those results, make quick decisions on canceling channels and bringing on new ones to achieve goals
    • Knowledge of digital media platforms, such as The Trade Desk and MOAT
    • Must know and use third-party ad servers (DCM)
    • Brand study and brand safety experience a plus
    • Experience running SEM and/or Paid Social campaigns a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Commitment to responding to client communication within a short window
