Step into the front lines of critical care at the UF Small Animal Hospital As an ECC ICU & ER Veterinary Technician you'll be part of a fast-paced high-impact team providing hands-on care to our most critical patients - from ventilated cases and seizures to open-heart surgeries and acute kidney crises.
As our service continues to grow now offering more advanced treatments such as dialysis and post op care for our open-heart program we are excited to offer multiple full-time opportunities for both day and overnight shifts.
These roles follow a compressed schedule of three 13-hour shifts per week totaling 40 hours with shift options from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM While scheduling is flexible and negotiable at least one shift will likely include partial weekend coverage
