The Musco Operational Sales and Services Team is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to work from our Muscatine office. This position will focus on providing support for customers and the internal team by managing sales processes. What you will do as a Sales Coordinator:

Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers by coordinating internal and external communicationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and engineersManage the complete project workflow process from project creation to installationUpdate systems to ensure project communications and details are capturedAnalyze and maintain accurate sales and shipment projectionsConduct project reviews and contribute to the overall design, pricing, and sales strategyCreate and maintain accurate pricing calculations based on design and project criteriaPrepare project specific sales documents including specifications, budget estimates, quotes, bid proposals, scope of work, purchase agreements, and submittalsCoordinate shipment timing and installation schedulesManage installation contracts and support contractors and customers during the post-sale and installation processesIdentify effective solutions to unforeseen complications that may occur during the processWhat you need to be successful:Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent related experience preferred2-3 years of related work experience preferredExcellent communication skillsStrong computer skillsDetailed, organized, and proactiveFlexible and able to react quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to prioritize and manage a high volume of responsibilitiesSelf-directed within a team environmentKnowledge of sales and bidding processesAbility to understand electrical, structural and technical informationWhat does Musco offer?
