Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Care Certified Diabetes Educator to join our team. As a primary relationship manager and coach for patients during the program duration, you will inspire our customer base, listen and understand their unique needs.Responsibilities
- Drive higher engagement & retention rate of assigned group of new patients for the duration of the program.
- Partner with the clinical team & other key stakeholders to meet individual needs of Health Care Providers (HCP) and patients.
