    Procurement Manager - CAPEX, Turnarounds
    Hybrid Schedule

    A global leader in Chemicals & Sustainable Agriculture is seeking an exceptionally passionate Procurement leader to play a pivotal role in driving and developing the Procurement team.

    The Procurement Manager will oversee the sourcing strategies for major-scale capital projects and turnarounds. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, engaged team player with experience procuring CAPEX and plant services categories.

    Procurement Manager - Key Responsibilities:


    Owns the strategic sourcing process at the plant and transform procurement processes addressing the key areas of cost, safety, risk, reliability, continuous improvement, technology adoption, supplier innovation and service.

    Drives improvement in turnaround and capital project planning, contracting and execution.
    Creates a highly collaborative procurement and materials control culture by providing the appropriate level of communication, governance and metrics.
    Understands and leverages knowledge of the company's and competitor's products, industry trends, and superior business practices.
    Develops and implements key sourcing strategies at the site, regional and potentially global level.
    Facilitates continuous engagement with the stakeholder community in the procurement process and category management.
    Promotes strategic and operational guidance in key areas of company-wide volume aggregation, process standardization and control, supplier performance, and the development of cost saving synergies

    Procurement Manager - Key Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering with equivalent work experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
    Minimum of 7 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering or other commercial experience with

    at least 3 years at the supervisory-level.
    Must be a highly engaged, collaborative leader seeking to develop and drive success in their team
    Experience/knowledge of chemical manufacturing, refineries or agricultural manufacturing
    Experience in sourcing major capital projects and turnarounds
    Experience in Process Safety Management environment preferred
