    Job Description Summary:


    What you need to know about the role: As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with fellow product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless intuitive payment experiences to our users.

    You will spend your days advancing Venmo's mobile payments platform to exceed our users' wants and needs.

    The App Powered Commerce Product Team is responsible for maintaining and improving seller experiences on Venmo, including enabling Venmo businesses to get discovered and accept fast and easy payments from their customers, giving them tools to manage their businesses on Venmo, and building new features that address an expanded set of seller segments.

    Your way to impact:


    You will be responsible for driving connections between businesses and their consumers on the platform by building and maintaining functionality for Venmo sellers.

    You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to build seller experiences and functionality that increase seller engagement on the platform.

    You will do this by conducting user research and discovery, managing request intake and feature scoping, and participating in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features.

    You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth and business considerations.

    In your day to day you will:

    Perform discovery and execution on large initiatives while balancing sustenance in your domain.
    Build a product roadmap and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.
    Demonstrate strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners
    Exhibit deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency.
    Work independently, build consensus, and deliver core responsibilities against deadlines.

    What do you need to bring:

    3-4 years of experience in a consumer or merchant-facing Product role.
    Experience with Looker or other BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-driven hypotheses.

    Experimentation and A:
    B testing experience in guiding rapid iterative product development.
    Ability to analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
    Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services
