    Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer - Corporate Interiors

    Location: Boston, MA

With a focus on corporate interiors, they specialize in creating dynamic environments that reflect our clients' brand identity and enhance their work culture.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer specializing in corporate interiors to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the design process from concept development to project completion, collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and other design professionals to deliver exceptional results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design development process for corporate interior projects, including conceptualization, space planning, and material selection.
    • Develop innovative design solutions that align with client goals, brand identity, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Mentor junior design staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate interior design, and integrate new ideas and methodologies into project workflows.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
    • Strong conceptual and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    • LEED accreditation and knowledge of sustainable design principles are preferred but not required.
