    Job Summary
    As a Bartender you are the front line of contact with our guests. We are seeking bartenders who expertly execute thorough steps of service, uphold time standards, and provide genuine hospitality while working accurately, efficiently, and collaboratively. We are seeking first-rate bartenders who are not just great at their jobs, but who enjoy what they do

    Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    • Welcome each guest with awareness of tone and body language at all times
    • Enter orders into the POS system immediately after making drinks and collecting payment from guests for drinks served
    • Responsibly serve alcohol and have awareness of guests' state of intoxication
    • Acknowledge guests quickly and anticipate their needs throughout service
    • Communicate with other staff and management regarding all aspects of service
    • Complete all side work as assigned
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
    • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

    • Minimum of 1-year of bartending experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service and people skills
    • Active ServSafe certification
    • Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
    • Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
