    Job Type – Full Time

    Job Description:

    • Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other third party application
    • ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines
    • Design and implement Discovery for data center and cloud environments
    • Understand requirement/problem statement from customer document it, provide solution (HLD and LLD) and get the solution signed-off from customers
    • Understanding of how to optimise the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams
    • Convert functional requirement to technical requirements (stories in agile module)
    • Support the the remote and junior team for any technical assistance/road blockers
    • Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
    • A strong background of ServiceNow development
    • Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture would be beneficial
    • An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team
    • Able to work with accurately with a strong attention to detail
    • Provide support for any critical production issues
    • Highlight any roadblockers for any deliverables to meet customer timelines

    Mandatory requirements:
    Should be able to manage team working remotely and provide required training
    CSA certified and ITOM certified or equivalent experience on these for min 2 years.
