    We are currently seeking a Medical Doctor MD / Nurse Practitioner to join our team You will focus on providing high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform medical procedures as necessary
    • Prescribe medications and treatments
    • Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
    • Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
    • Maintain patient medical records
    • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
    • Conduct patient visits via Telehealth including medication management,
    • Ability to access patient information via EHR system

    Qualifications:

    • Active NP license required to be considered for the position
    • Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
    • REQUIRED Certification as Nurse Practitioner to be considered for the position
    • Doctorate (if applying as MD)
    • BC/BE
    • Medical License
    • Previous experience as a physician, surgeon, or other medical fields
    • Degree from an accredited school
    • Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
