Job Description:
Florida Stairworks is seeking a full-time project manager to join our staff. Applicant with residential and commercial building knowledge required. This position has advancement possibilities and you will work on a wide variety of interesting projects. Full time work, with good benefits including paid holidays, vacation, and insurance. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Interpret construction plans and contracts
Site measures and supervision of ongoing projects
Make sure project milestones are met
Create parts and materials list

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with AutoCad
Ability to interpret construction plans and documents
Complete and send approval documents and plans to clients
Good communication skills
Detail oriented attitude
Team player and willingness to learn
Microsoft Office
Education and


Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Required
Associates degree in construction management, related fields, or real world equivalent experience
