Job Description

Dobbs Defense Solutions is looking for a Data Center Engineer (VDI) to add to our team. We are looking for an engineer in

experience in Infrastructure/Datacenter.

You

will provide infrastructure engineering for data center, compute, storage, network, Unified Communications, and remote site servers.

Duties

Design, deliver, and optimize VDI Services to improve security, availability, performance, and resource utilization.
Review current VDI infrastructures, architectures, designs, and operations to identify potential improvements for optimizing system performance.
Document security, configuration, and performance benchmarks of VDI services

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2
Proven experience with VMware Virtual Center (vCenter) providing virtual desktop machine environment.
Must have a current DoD M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+ CE)
Professional-level VMware certifications desired.
ITIL Foundations certification desired
