Job summary

The JRT agency is growing and has an exciting opportunity for an Account Administrator- Automotive.

In this role, you'll act as a liaison between our client and their customers while also being a key supporting member of your team within the agency.


We are looking for someone who can combine customer service excellence with the ability to multitask and support cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience; background in automotive, dealership, marketing or retail industries preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent telephone etiquette.
