    VyStar Insurance Sales Agent ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT:
    • Responsible for driving Property & Casualty sales by actively prospecting and generating leads through branch connections, partnerships, external networking with real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, title agencies, property developers, as well as leads from marketing campaigns and CRM.
    • Conduct cold calls to identify new leads, assess customer needs, and offer insurance solutions from a variety of carrier partners.
    • Ensure all sales comply with carrier and state regulations, aiming to enhance the profitability of VyStar Insurance Agency (VIA).

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive new sales, retain existing customers, and expand VIA's business by leveraging a range of product offerings.
    • Sell Personal and Commercial insurance through various channels with a focus on enhancing existing accounts.
    • Establish rapport to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to the VyStar brand.
    • Follow up promptly on member inquiries to secure and retain business.
    • Offer solutions, product options, and quotes tailored to meet customer needs.
    • Promote VIA products and services to increase awareness.
    • Generate new business opportunities outside the office setting.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Thorough understanding of insurance processes and sales techniques.
    • Demonstrated sales acumen with a resilient mindset.
    • Driven by a competitive spirit and a focus on growth.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional requirements:

    • Proficiency in MS Office, internet usage, and related software.
    • Active State Property & Casualty licenses (220 General Lines License or 2044 Personal Lines License).
    • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience.
