We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Assistant to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic sales and business development campaigns for our clients. The Marketing and Sales Assistant will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty.

    Responsibilities for our Marketing and Sales Assistant:

    • Develop best practices surrounding the use of business development and sales systems to drive team business objectives
    • Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regards to business strategies on requested management
    • Collaborate with the business development team to create new promotional sales campaigns for our varied client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams
    • Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental sales strategies and top-tier customer service
    • Participate in-classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars
    • Educating consumers on new services or promotions
    • Further our client's reputation by using top-notch customer service skills
    • Team management and mentorship

    Qualifications for our Marketing and Sales Assistant:

    • 1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experience
    • Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one's professional skills
    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills
    • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
    • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment
    • Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
    • An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships
