    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our client's esteemed healthcare organization located in Northern CA. As a Family NP/PA, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience as an NP or PA working in a primary care setting. With our patient-centric approach, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of the community.     Highlights of the Family NP / PA Opportunity

    • Up to $50k Sign on bonus (paid out over 5 years)
    • $5k Relocation assistance
    • Outpatient only - No nights or weekends
    • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 4 x 10's

    Skills Required for the Family NP / PA :
    • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Active CA license or eligible to obtain
    • At least one year of experience in a primary care setting
    • Work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care services
    • Performing physical exams and conducting patient assessments
    • Diagnosing ailments
    • Prescribing medications
    • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
