    Sales Executive
    Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

    Territory:
    San Francisco

    Gilbert Meher are working with a Life Sciences company who are building a market-leading sales team in the US.


    The company are seeking a Sales Executive for San Francisco to drive revenue growth in the region, developing new relationships with laboratories to ensure commercial success of the product portfolio.


    Reporting directly to the VP Sales, the position focuses on customers in the San Francisco region, and has significant growth potential for a hardworking and driven individual.


    Responsibilities:


    Focus on developing new business within San Francisco, reaching out to new customers, attending site visits and ultimately closing deals.

    Cross-sell throughout the product portfolio to ensure maximum revenue from each sale.
    Keep finger on the pulse of the laboratory space, using market knowledge to maximise sales.
    Develop and nurture relationships with multiple call-points within the lab, including researching, engineering, procurement, manufacturing.
    Drive towards KPIs and other goals as set by VP Sales.


    Requirements:
    Proven track-record in a field sales role position OR proven track-record working in a metric or performance-driven role.
    Results-driven, self-driven and ambitious individual who enjoys working in metric-driven roles.
    Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to cross-sell and close on deals.
    An excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
    Driven to work in a growing company environment, enjoys a fast-paced culture and works well under pressure.
