    Physician Contractor Job Opportunity

    We are seeking physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-home visits to focus on a person's overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
    • Earn up to $3000 to $5000 per week (Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment)
    • Increase your per-visit rate up to 160% or 200% with our Market Multiplier
    • Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)

    Benefits:

    • Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car available (depending on eligibility)
    • Malpractice coverage
    • Availability Incentives (when you offer availability to complete five appointments per day worked)

    Requirements:

    • State License Required
    • Independent Contractor, 1099 status

    Additional Information:

    These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member's home. Our physician contractors can earn a competitive wage while managing other personal and clinical commitments.

    This is an excellent opportunity for resident physicians to earn additional income or for more seasoned physicians seeking a change of pace.
