    Branch Manager (Commercial Roofing)
    Seattle, WA
    $140-175K DOE + Bonus & Benefits

    The company are a well-established roofing business in Seattle, who require a Branch Manager to join their team due to growth.


    In this role, you will be joining a tight-knit and collaborative team, who are always looking out for each other.


    They have a low turnover of staff, due to their willingness to constantly promote from within, so you will have plenty of opportunity to take your career to the next level.

    The Role

    Provide leadership and direction to the branch staff, including, project managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and Service Crews.

    Ensure efficient and effective operations of the branch, including scheduling of roofing projects, procurement of materials, and coordination of subcontractors.

    Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
    Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for the branch. Contribute to decision-making processes regarding expansion, investment, and resource allocation.

    Role Requirements

    Previous experience as a Branch/Operations/General Manager within a commercial roofing business.
    Have experience overseeing service divisions

    Company Overview

    The business was established in 2001, as a residential roofing business.

    After 5 years, they were growing and decided to move into the commercial space, carrying out projects within Commercial Service, Maintenance and Re-roofing.

    Today, they are a $20M business with 75 employees, and a large subcontractor base. Their 10-year objective is to reach $100M in revenue.

    Following this, the goal is to continue growing all the way to a billion.
