- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs for Kronos workforce management system.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize workforce management efficiency.
- Develop, configure, and customize Kronos modules including timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, and labor analytics.
- Implement enhancements or modifications to the Kronos system to meet specific business requirements.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support during implementation and postimplementation phases.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, system configurations, and testing plans.
- Stay updated with the latest Kronos functionality, releases, and patches, and leverage them to enhance the system's performance and capabilities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Kronos with other HR and payroll systems.
- Provide enduser training and support on the Kronos system, ensuring smooth user adoption and proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Kronos Techno Functional Consultant or similar role, with at least [X] years of handson experience in implementing and supporting Kronos workforce management system.
- Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central suite (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, etc.).
- Indepth understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules in Kronos.
- Proficiency in Kronos customization tools such as Kronos WIM, Kronos APIs, Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), etc.
- Experience with SQL and ability to write custom queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements to design effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- Kronos certification(s) will be an added advantage.
