Our fast-paced, three-doctor practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, comprehensive veterinary care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.We offer a full range of services including Preventative Care Surgery Urgent Care High-Speed Dentistry In-House Diagnostics Medical and Vacation Boarding and Grooming.

Responsibilities
- Making informal recommendations regarding personnel matters such as staffing needs advancement re-assignments hours of work or other status changes affecting receptionists
- DIRECTING ON-THE JOB TRAINING TO DEVELOP EMPLOYEE SKILLS ADVISING EMPLOYEES OF PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND THEIR PROGRESS IN MEETING THOSE REQUIREMENTS DISCUSSING CORRECTIVE MEASURES TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE AND PREPARING APPRAISALS LI REC RUIT HI RE OI NBOARDOAPPROPRIATE STAFF MEMBERS THAT FIT WITHIN THE CULTURE AND NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL TERMINATE STAFF MEMBERS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS THIS INCLUDES HANDLING JOB DESCRIPTIONS ASSISTING WITH SETTING SALARIES MARKETING YOUR HOSPITAL TO PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS AND THE VETERINARY COMMUNITY BY IDENTIFYING ATTENDING RELEVANT LOCAL REGIONAL EVENTS RESOLVINFORMAL EMPLOYEE COMPLAINT S PROVIDE A GENERAL EXPLANATION OF THE NATURE BASIS FOR HOSPITAL PERSONNEL POLICIES PROCEDURES MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION WORK WELL WITH ALL TEAM MEMBERS ENSURING YOUR ACTIONS SUPPORT TTHEHOSPIHALT DCTORS PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY RELAYINFORMATION FROM OWNERS TO COMPLETE RECORDS GIVING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHEDULNG APPOINTIMENTS THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITIES RELLAYTHE PRACRICIONER ORDERSCONCERNIG ANIMAL CARE TREATMENT PROMPTLY ADDRESSANDRESOLVE PET OWNERS COMPLAINTSMANGAGE PAYROLL SUBMIT IT ACCURATLEY TIMELY MANNER ESTABLISH GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORDRECEIVER BEST SUPORT OFFERED WORSHIPALNTOTIFY APPROPRIATE HFSTAFMEMBERSEMERGENCY CASESPROMPTLY NOTIFY FURTHER ASSIGNED TASKSDUTIESSHOW MORE SHOW LESS
