Job Overview
Oasis Medical Spa is seeking a licensed Cosmetologist to join our growing team in Redlands, CA. We are open to newly licensed professionals — no prior experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, professional, and eager to grow in the beauty and wellness industry.
If you are passionate about client care, detail-oriented, and ready to build your skills in a supportive spa environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide beauty and spa services (training provided based on service menu)
- Deliver excellent customer service and client experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with client consultations and retail recommendations
- Support spa operations and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Active California Cosmetology License (required)
- Experience not required — willing to train
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
