    CDC has a full-time opportunity for a General Dentist at our Crystal clinic.

    Our existing Robbinsdale clinic is moving to this newly renovated space opening in July of 2024 This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment.

    We are offering a $5,000 retention bonus for this position with a 3-year commitment.


    General Dentist Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
    • Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
    • Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts
    • Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
    • Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
    • Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure
    • Available for emergency/on-call duty by phone for assigned weekends (twice a year)

    Robbinsdale Clinic Hours:

    • Monday-Thursday 7:20am-3:30pm
    • Friday 7:20am-2:30pm

    General Dentist Qualifications:

    • Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
    • CPR/AED Certificate
    • Experience working with culturally diverse communities
    • Demonstrated expertise in dental software
    • Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment
