    Position: Account Executive (Logistics)
    Type: Permanent
    Location: Chattanooga, TN (Onsite every day.)

    Salary: $55-80K + commissions, 3 weeks vacation and benefits

    Description:

    Our client is looking for an Account Executive to sell a suite of logistics solutions that include but are not limited Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), Temperature Controlled, Flatbed, Drop Trailer Pools and Warehouse Services.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting for companies within the company's target market throughout North America.
    • Researching companies/contacts preparing for initial call.
    • Cold calling and/or cold emailing prospects to initiate conversations.
    • Identifying business opportunities within new and current customers.
    • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
    • Be accountable to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Expert at bypassing gatekeepers, identifying decision makers, and closing business.


    Qualifications:

    • Relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Willingness and ability to grow a book of business.
    • Self-starter, able to work independently, and incentive-driven.
    • Adept at establishing, building and cultivating customer relationships.
    • Excellent communication skills; comfortable speaking with prospects at all levels up to C-Suite and other senior level executives.
