    Job Title: TikTok Affiliate Manager

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Affiliate Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales, maximizing ROI, and nurturing relationships within the digital influencer community.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Affiliate Management:
    2. Develop and execute strategies to market CLEARSTEM products to digital influencers, brand ambassadors, and consumers via TikTok shops.
    3. Drive sales and maximize ROI through strategic outreach and relationship building.
    4. Affiliate Program Management:
    5. Manage the TikTok shop affiliate program and affiliates, ensuring seamless execution and ongoing communication.
    6. Facilitate seeding to affiliates and manage activations across different platforms.
    7. Relationship Building:
    8. Cultivate and maintain relationships with a high volume of nano and micro-influencers, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
    9. Conduct strategic outreach to gain quality affiliates for TikTok and brand campaigns.
    10. Revenue Optimization:
    11. Work closely with the Partnerships team under the Partnerships Director to develop, manage, and run ongoing affiliate programs that contribute to the influencer channel's overall revenue goals.
    12. Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on all metrics, including revenue and spending.
    13. Performance Enhancement:
    14. Provide weekly and daily communication with affiliates to enhance performance, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships.
    15. Continually optimize affiliate programs to drive growth and maximize sales.
    16. Strategic Planning:
    17. Collaborate with the Partnerships team on quarterly planning initiatives to add value and fuel growth for the channel and affiliate programs.
    18. Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization to achieve sales goals.

    Requirements:

    • EXPERIENCE MANAGING AN INFLUENCER OR AFFILIATE PROGRAM
    • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RUNNING TIKTOK AFFILIATE SHOP
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2-3 years of affiliate marketing or influencer management.
    • Professional experience with TikTok and social media platforms, with a focus on driving sales and maximizing ROI.
    • Strong understanding of TikTok shop functionality.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness space is preferred but not required.
