    Job DescriptionAs a Principal Consultant, you will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; provide technology consultation; assist in defining scope and sizing of work; anchor Proof of Concept developments and support opportunity identification and pursuit processes and evangelize Infosys brand.

    You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, lead and participate in sales and pursuits focused on our clients' business needs.

    This position may require relocation and or 100% travel.

    Required Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Frisco, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technologies U.S. citizens and those lawfully authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.     PreferredResponsibilities:

    Quality Assurance Leadership:
    Leverage 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years at Telcos, to provide strategic leadership in software quality assurance.
    Manage and mentor QA teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.


    Automation Solutions:
    Design and develop automation solutions to address testing challenges and enhance efficiency.
    Create and maintain robust automation frameworks for applications under test.
    Implement unique solutions for specific challenges, such as PDL Analytics automation and framework-agnostic test result updates to qTest.
    Conduct E2E testing, analyze results, and triage defects effectively.


    Product Management :
    Design and develop Product strategies Create and maintain robust Product roadmaps Ability to understand business requirements and convert them to features

    Agile Practices:
    Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Grooming/Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Review, Retrospective, and Scrum of Scrums.
    Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.


    Release Management:
    Support Release Management by executing automated smoke, sanity, progression, and regression tests.
    Validate software releases against quality standards.


    Cloud and Accessibility Testing:
    Experience with testing and automation on cloud infrastructure platforms such as SauceLabs and SeeTest.
    Proficient in accessibility testing using tools like NVDA, WAVE, JAWS Inspect, and Google Lighthouse.


    Additional Skills:
    Familiarity with IPTV and Set-Top
    • Box testing.
    Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).


    Defect Management:
    Lead defect triage efforts, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams

    Virtual Services:
    Very good experience in creating virtual services using CA DevTest tool.
    The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
