Job summary
This position is responsible forthe proper operation maintenance and management of all plant utilities and department personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow safety policies ensure team members adhere to them
Mechanical operational knowledge of plant utility systems including Freon Refrigeration Steam Compressed Air Electrical Fire protection Wastewater Treatment Process Oil Hot Water Systems
Demonstrate ability thoroughly use current CMMS/SAP system for data entry work management train other team members in proper use of it Provide support technicians through preventative maintenance repairs Lead assist completing plant audits PM reviews follow up completion Work interdepartmentally ensure needs customer met developed maintain Win/Win partnerships
Maintains promotes open communications positive working relationships depts throughout facility Continuous improvement development operations personnel Recommend develop implement process improvements projects Key member overall facility Engineering Maintenance organization Identify evaluate recommend alternative maintenance support resources services Responsible overall maintenance activities manner maximum effectiveness obtained projected costs schedules This position will play key role implementing changes within organization both technological procedural one in support companys goals objectives operating highest ethical standards
