- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance related field
- Must be efficient in dealing with high volumes of transactions, detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Experience with Workday and/or Adaptive desired
- Support an accurate and timely month-end close. Responsible for journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, and amortization schedules
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation, as well as analyze any discrepancies
- Collaborate with assigned business units on financial statement reviews – collect, analyze, and interpret any relevant financial information
- Review and approval of invoices and expense reports
- Planning process – monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
- Prepare and maintain current financial reports, and support ad hoc requests as necessary
- Support fixed asset accounting, and capital planning initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
