The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) is responsible for recording, analyzing, and reporting financial data for assigned business units – PGA TOUR Headquarter Support, which includes Executive, Finance, Tax, Employee Services, Treasury, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal, Facilities, Talent and Culture, and Data Technology Solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance related field
• Must be efficient in dealing with high volumes of transactions, detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
• Experience with Workday and/or Adaptive desired

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Support an accurate and timely month-end close. Responsible for journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, and amortization schedules
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation, as well as analyze any discrepancies
• Collaborate with assigned business units on financial statement reviews – collect, analyze, and interpret any relevant financial information
• Review and approval of invoices and expense reports
• Planning process – monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning for assigned business units.
• Prepare and maintain current financial reports, and support ad hoc requests as necessary
• Support fixed asset accounting, and capital planning initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies
• Special projects or other duties as assigned
