- Strategically collaborate with business leaders and potentially deploy programs to understand and improve employee engagement, employee retention and turnover reduction; (including updating of policies etc.);
- Any other responsibilities given based on your internship program agenda.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited University.
- Preferred degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation or Project Management.
- 2.5 GPA and above
- Involvement in university sanctioned extracurricular activities a plus.
- Prior work experience preferred.
- Interns must be currently enrolled in the preferred degree with an expected graduation date of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Must be able to pass a DISA background screen and hair follicle drug screen.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
