Job summary:

This role is responsible for designing, developing and executing HR policy practices programs and initiatives by assisting with the implementation of tools systems and programs in collaboration with other Human Resource (HR) functions to meet new or existing organizational policies legislative and regulatory employment requirements

This includes consulting with HR functions on HR compliance standards conducting HR compliance regulatory and internal employment audits investigations under the guidance of more senior team members identifying action steps for resolution providing input on corrective action plans supporting HR teams to monitor personnel processes verify compliance with equal employment affirmative action.
  • Pursues self-development effective relationships others proactively providing resources information advice expertise coworkers customers influencing through technical explanations examples occasional mentoring team members listening responding seeking addressing performance feedback creating plans capitalize strengths develop weaknesses anticipating responding needs adapting change difficulties feedback.
