- Receives, relays, and documents verbal, written, and electronic orders.

- Properly operates electronic medical record (EMR), radiology information system (RIS) and picture archiving and communication system (PACS).
- Ability to perform portable and trauma patient radiology exams and have the ability to adjust positioning of patient and equipment to ensure a diagnostic study performed in various settings.
- Ability to perform portables, C-Arms and/or O-Arms in the operating room setting.
- Performs point-of-care laboratory testing according to established protocols.
- Flexibility to cover any shift, holidays, and weekends, if needed.

Do Summary:

The technologist is responsible for inpatient & outpatient procedures, the emergency room, fluoroscopy, portables, and the operating rooms.Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
Registered Education:
Essential: Associate Degree Other information: Education:Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program required. Certification required within 6 months of hire post-graduation from an accredited Radiology Program.
2 Year / Associate Degree Preferred Experience:
Minimum of one year experience in diagnostic radiology preferred. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096.
Licensure/Certification ARRT certification in Radiography - RT(R) Required Applicable state licensure as required Required Post-graduates from an accredited Radiology Program with be required to pass their ARRT registry within 6 months of completing program Required.
Properly utilizes personnel monitoring devices.
