    STOCKTON, CA
    Position: Vehicle Service Technician (VST)- Non-Mechanical
    IMMEDIATE OPENING! Part-Time Position!
    We are looking for a Vehicle Service Technician (VST) responsible for ensuring our ambulances are well-serviced, safe, and prepared for emergencies. This role is crucial in assisting our team in providing timely and high-quality transportation services, as well as excellent care and customer service to patients.
    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • The Vehicle Service Technician (VST) ensures that all ambulances are 'response ready' for field crews, minimizing downtime and improving service quality to crews and patients. The end product should be a clean vehicle, well-equipped, and maintained to the highest standards.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Perform inventory checks and control supplies and equipment.
    • Clean ambulances and vehicles daily, inside and out.
    • Restock ambulance supplies daily.
    • Monitor and replace batteries as needed.
    • Check and refill oil and washer fluid daily.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Report breakdowns and equipment failures promptly.
    • Document ambulance conditions and schedule maintenance.
    • Update equipment tracking information.
    • Handle phone inquiries and facilitate coordination.
    • Conduct oneself professionally and adhere to company policies.
    • Complete required training and comply with security policies.
    • Perform other assigned duties.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Valid State Driver's License
    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Compliant driving record
    • Some prior work experience, preferably in the healthcare field
