    We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Data analyzing, reporting, and automating in MS Excel/Google Sheets
    Develop and implement meaningful dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Quicksight, etc.), that support key business decisions
    Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    Support various departments including but not limited to: Technology, Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Sales in reaching their goals through data analysis
    Locate and define new process improvement and efficiency opportunities
    Performs work under direct supervision.
    Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

    Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.?

    Qualifications

    TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
    Familiarity with at least one programming language is a plus (Python, Javascript, etc.)
    Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
    Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Query, Data Manipulation/Formatting, etc.)
    Excellent time management skills
    Ability to multi-task
    Coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.
    Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

    Education & Experience

    Proven relevant experience as a Data/Reporting Analyst or a similar role
    Experience creating beautiful and meaningful visual dashboards with PowerBI, Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
    Experience in or the ability to use and write SQL statements
    BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics preferred, but not required
    State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over

    Requirements

    Must be over 21 years of age.
    Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
    Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.

    Salary

    $23 - $26 USD per hour
