- Generate new leads and convert to sales opportunities for Industrial Lifetime Solutions (ILS)
- Increase ILS revenue in the U.S. by expertly navigating sales channels and collaborating with sales teams and service partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering high-quality support and service
- Conduct on-site customer visits to deliver ILS presentations and conduct training sessions
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and visit reports in Salesforce
- Position is based in the U.S. and working remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Tribology, Chemistry or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience in lead generation with a proven track record of successful sales conversion
- Practical experience in navigating various sales channels within industrial sectors
- Persistent and engaging personality
- Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a diversified team
- Experience with products, services and solutions related to maintenance and reliability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time to support Schaeffler customers
- Familiarity with using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
- Background and high performer in Lubrication Field Sales
- Professional certifications such as the Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) or the Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
