- Recruit top talent for high-level positions within our client base
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in Life Science & Pharmaceutical recruitment, in either contract or permanent roles
- Ability to adapt to different business environments and build relationships with diverse individuals
- Ambitious, dependable, and committed to personal and company growth
- Resilient, adaptable to change, and able to handle challenges with persistence

- Must be located in the Miami area or able to commute
