    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Bookkeeper Office Assistant

  • Hours: Monday thru Friday - 9am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $23+/hr
  • Location: Morris Plains, NJ
  • Office support; emails, phones, filing, typing etc.
  • Processing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Processing checks.
  • Understanding ledgers.
  • Working with an accountant when necessary.
  • Handling monthly payroll using accounting software.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Associate's degree in accounting or business administration.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • High school diploma.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software - such as NetSuite or Sage
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
