    Job Description

    A leading medical laboratory diagnostic testing company in the U.S. is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand its customer base and drive business growth in addiction monitoring services.

    The RSM will work closely with senior leadership to refine and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on healthcare industry knowledge and regional sales cycle oversight.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company and personal objectives.
    • Manage an existing customer base by providing guidance, coaching, and support.
    • Identify business opportunities with prospects and manage them through the sales process to become customers.
    • Conduct market research and stay knowledgeable about competitive activities.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

    Work Experience & Accomplishments:

    • 2+ years of B2B direct sales experience.
    • Sales experience in toxicology, pain management, or substance use treatment is preferred.
    • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Results-driven and competitive.
    • Good active listening, emotional intelligence, time management, negotiation, and persistence skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365 products.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

    Location: Must reside in Michigan, preferably near an airport. Access to an insured automobile and a valid driver's license is required.

    Compensation: Competitive base salary and significant performance-based incentives. Travel reimbursement also provided.
