- Work collaboratively with a cross functional team of coworkers to bring marketing and event tactics to life that drive brand awareness, foot traffic and revenue growth
- Assisting with managing the marketing tracker which includes event details, deadlines, announcement dates, etc.
- Assisting with event execution. Duties include event set up & break down, event registration, communication with volunteers, communication with vendors, etc.
- Work with the design team in development and execution of retail-custom design needs like advertising, POS and other marketing and event materials that engage drinkers
- Writing radio & tv scripts for campaigns that drive traffic to our locations
- Develop ways to bring our national brand programs to life at our locations through programs, specials and displays
- Provide recaps/reporting to help determine successes and opportunities
- Responsible for managing our Off-Centered Society email help box and customer service to our Off-Centered Society loyalty members
- Attending meetings as a representative of hospitality marketing and taking minute notes
- Ensure our spaces are aesthetically representing our priorities through signage, POS and decor as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas for social media
- Support any other marketing initiatives and business needs for the locations
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program
- Course work in Marketing, Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Writing.
- Must be 21+ years of age to apply
- Valid Social Security Number needed by first day of employment
- Must be able to work from the Dogfish Head hospitality locations in Coastal Delaware
- Customer service and/or hospitality experience highly recommended.
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Excel, Word, and Outlook

We are currently hiring for our next Taproom Marketing co-op at ourDogfish Head hospitality locations (Tasting Room & Kitchen, Brewings & Eats, Dogfish INN & Chesapeake & Maine)in Milton, DE.

When candidates join Boston Beer's Early Talent Program,Brew Your Future,our early talent coworkers are empowered with impactful projects and learning sessions that contribute to real business outcomes, in addition to an inclusive, welcoming experience. There are many employee resource groups they can join and development training programs they can participate in. Our Early Talent program is made up of hands-on training in the office and at its breweries. Interns and Co-ops have the chance to meet with leaders at weekly lunch and learns to give them more insight into different parts of the business as well as skill building sessions. Each co-op and intern are encouraged to have weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with their manager to ensure their goals are aligned, and they are on the path to be successful at their time with Boston Beer. They are also required to do a final presentation that they present to the business leaders at the end of each cohort to demonstrate what they have learned.
