    We are currently looking for a Senior Office Engineer - M&O (LAUSD CM-SOE for our contract with Los Angeles Unified School District.

    NOTE: candidates previously submitted for the following position cannot be resubmitted:

    Location: Los Angeles, CA

    Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Simplex is required.

    This is an on-site, long term job. You must be in located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

    Minimum Requirements

    Required Experience:

    • Eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial and/or public or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M.
    Additional Preferred Experience:
    • Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
    • Experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
    • Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design process
    Required Education:
    • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
    • Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for year basis, provided that graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency is met.

    Salary Range: $96K - $110K
