    locationsKrause Gateway Center time typeFull time posted onPosted 6 Days Ago job requisition idR21031 The Food Team at Kum & Go is searching for a Food Service Desk Specialist to help answer and troubleshoot service desk incidents specific to the Food Service program. This associate will review and solve basic technical Food Service issues and perform basic triage to ensure unsolved issues are redirected to the right contact. If you are someone who loves making days better by working with customers and helping to solve technical issues then this is the perfect opportunity for you

    **What youll do**

    Handle service desk incidents from the stores specific to the Food Service program

    Deliver excellent phone and email customer service while documenting the incident, resolution, and mitigation/solution steps

    Spend time in stores to continue learning about the Food Service program, do discovery around common issues seen in stores, bring learnings back to Food Service team to try to resolve long-term

    Become an expert and adept at operational practices around Food Service program

    **Other key requirements**

    Experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or related industry

    Knowledge of the convenience store industry strongly desired

    Relocation to the Des Moines, IA area required
