Our Field Engineers support end-user clients both onsite and by remote support.

Responsibilities and DutiesProvide onsite and remote support to end users and client network administrators to resolve a wide variety of IT issues
Resolve numerous service requests each day
Support various versions of desktop operating systems
Work with 3rd party vendors to support client line-of-business applications
Troubleshoot and repair personal computers
Monitor client backups and remediate backup failures
Administer client Office 365 accounts
Detect and remove viruses and malware
Precisely document problems and resolutions steps
Qualifications and Skills
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years (5 preferred) experience in IT supporting end-user clients
Experience helping users by telephone with remote control technology
Experience supporting the Microsoft product stack
