    Description

    Position Objective: As a Business Development Analyst with GAP Solutions, you will support the business development, capture, and proposal process for our diverse portfolio of opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, research, and communication skills, a keen interest in the federal sector, and a solid understanding of solution development and AI tools.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conducting market research and analysis to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the federal sector, aligned with the corporate vision and goals.
    • Supporting the development and execution of capture plans and strategies for qualified opportunities, leveraging GAP Solutions' existing contracts, capabilities, past performance, and innovative solution development practices.
    • Assisting in the development and delivery of high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals, ensuring adherence to GAP Solutions' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
    • Demonstrating familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance business processes and proposal development.
    • Maintaining and updating the business development database, pipeline, opportunity status, and performance metrics.
    • Collaborating with the business development, capture, and proposal teams, and other functional areas to ensure alignment and coordination of business development activities.
    • Providing administrative and logistical support to the business development, capture, and proposal teams as needed.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, capture, or proposal support in the federal sector, or a related field.
    • A working knowledge of the federal market, including the customers, competitors, partners, regulations, and an understanding of solution development methodologies.
    • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business development and proposal processes
